If you’ve been following my blog for a while now, you may have come to the realization that I am a man of radical faith. But just in case you’re new here and didn’t know then let me tell you that –
“I am a man of radical faith!”
As I was waiting this morning for my pickup to work, which was taking a little longer than usual, the Lord began whispering to me.
So instead of ignoring his voice like I do most times I began writing it down.
Well I figured it’s about time that I start being obedient to that “still small voice” and because there’s something the Lord wants to tell you specifically.
Here it is below –
“I am calling forth what I placed in you.
That seed I planted even before you were formed.
Come forth now and reveal my glory.
Stand and make known my name to the ends of the earth.
Do not be afraid, for I am with you.
All you need do is stand and I will put my words in your mouth.
You shall make known the secrets of my kingdom.
And reveal my insurmountable love to the world.
Let them know that I am calling them out.
Stand and come forth children of the living God!”
A friend and colleague I had sent this to had asked:
“Please elaborate/explain your understanding of today’s word”.
So in case you’re wondering the same, then what it simply means is this…
The Lord has placed in you, a seed.
That seed is the very glory of God. And the time has come and is now here when He is calling it forth.
That seed is…
Your very purpose.
You are not here by accident.
You are not a mistake.
You were born to complete a specific assignment and task.
Your gifting is waiting to be brought forth.
Your calling…standing with open arms to be received.
Your purpose…hoping to be realized.
And your destiny…
Is yearning to be fulfilled.
Yours however, is the choice to make.
You will release the glory of God trapped within you when you step into your calling…and that is what He wants.
You need to stand and be:
To a dying and lost world.
So when people see you, they will see Christ in you.
When you speak, they will hear His voice in and through you.
This is the glory that the Lord has hidden in you.
It is your purpose. It is your destiny.
What is it?
I don’t know.
Perhaps you already do.
If not, then all you need to do is ask Him.
The one thing I do know, is this:
Your purpose is greater than you can ask, think, or imagine and it will only come to pass with the Lord’s help.
I want all my seven children to know and live this truth!
How about you?
